It's basically new item keeper? Item keeper was nerfed for a reason. Also if it's put in your vault after 10 minutes what stops people from carrying multiple sets or just putting the same one back on?

I disagree with this most of the people who fight and run aren't the best.

I believe what he meant is that only admin+ have the power to /fix but they don't use it too any personal advantage.
